The fact that sports can enrich our life and that it is good for our health is known by most of us. But this knowledge is limited and this is why we lack the motivation to exercise and practice some kinds of sport. So, I read some articles about the benefits of sports, and I summarized it as follows:
- Sport helps you to be in a better mood. It reduces depression, anger, and stress.
- It provides you stronger body and a better immunity.
- It allows you to sleep faster and deeper.
- The opportunity to live longer and healthier increases 10 times.
- Doing sports helps to develop a sense of achievement, which leads to a positive self-image.
- It helps to reduce body fat and controls your body weight.
- It gives you greater confidence and self awareness.
- It improves your concentration.
As we conclude, sports can affect our life style positively in all the ways. Exercising is good for mind, body, and spirit. Furthermore, team sports are good for learning dedication, responsibility and leadership. Putting it all together by playing a sport is a winning combination. :)
